Kimberly Endy serves as the Case Manager bringing more than three years of dedicated service to the firm. With a strong background in tax resolution and business operations, Kimberly plays an integral role in delivering the personalized service and attention clients receive throughout their cases.
Before joining the firm, Kimberly gained extensive experience working with tax resolution companies, where she assisted individuals and businesses in addressing complex IRS tax liabilities. She also served as Vice President of a women's business, overseeing daily operations, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and corporate tax responsibilities. This diverse experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of both the financial and administrative challenges clients often face.
In her current role, Kimberly works closely with clients from the beginning of their tax resolution journey through the successful completion of their cases. She helps clients understand each stage of the process, coordinates ongoing communication, gathers critical documentation, and collaborates with the firm's attorneys and tax professionals to keep matters moving efficiently. Kimberly is especially recognized for her exceptional attention to detail and her ability to analyze and interpret IRS transcripts, helping identify key information that supports the firm's resolution strategies.
Kimberly is passionate about helping clients find practical, attainable solutions to their tax problems. She understands that dealing with the IRS can be overwhelming and believes that clear communication, honesty, and setting realistic expectations are essential to building trust. Her favorite part of the job is hearing the relief in a client's voice after their tax matter has been successfully resolved, knowing she played a part in helping them regain financial stability and move forward with confidence.
Outside the office, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her three dogs, Oliver, Hank, and Riley, and visiting the beach whenever she has the opportunity. Whether she's relaxing by the ocean or making memories with her four-legged companions, she values the time spent recharging with the people and pets she loves most.
