She assists with client intake, onboarding, case coordination, and administrative operations, helping ensure that every client receives responsive, personalized, and professional service from the moment they engage the firm.

Whether answering questions, coordinating next steps, or helping clients navigate the resolution process, she strives to provide timely communication, compassionate support, and exceptional attention to detail. Originally from West Chester, Pennsylvania, Abby began her academic career studying Finance at West Chester University before transferring to Oregon State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems. Her education, combined with her passion for organization and problem-solving, allows her to effectively support both clients and the firm's legal professionals.
Outside the office, Abby enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
