Kaitlin serves as the Executive Assistant and Case Manager at McCauley Law Offices, where she plays an integral role in supporting the firm's attorneys, enrolled agents, and clients throughout the tax resolution process. She is dedicated to providing exceptional client service through case management, client communication, IRS correspondence, document preparation, and day-to-day operations.
Understanding that tax matters can be overwhelming, Kaitlin strives to make the experience as seamless and reassuring as possible. She works diligently to maintain clear communication, provide dependable support, and ensure clients remain informed throughout their case. Kaitlin takes pride in delivering responsive, personalized service and is committed to providing every client with compassionate support and exceptional service.
Originally from Bel Air, Maryland, Kaitlin began her academic career studying Business Administration at Harford Community College, where she earned her Associate's degree. She later transferred to Towson University, where she is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Her education, combined with her strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to client service, enables her to effectively support both the firm's legal professionals and the clients they serve.
Outside of the office, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and spending time outdoors, especially hiking and relaxing at the beach.
