We used Julie McCarthy recently for an I.R.S. debt that my boyfriend was struggling through. Julie picked up the phone right away the first time I called, and although we had not retained her yet and she did not even know me, she provided a large amount of detailed information about the situation to help us gain clarity and direction. He ended up retaining her at a later date because she provided an excellent first impression, and throughout the process, she was incredibly responsive at replying to our emails quickly, and always being available when we called or set up conference calls.
